Import your own catalog

If you work with your own item list, you can upload your own catalog.

1. Settings open

2. Data management and import select

3. Own catalog select

4. Using the FAB, Import your own catalog select

5. Upload file

Optionally, you can first use Download catalog template to download an Excel template and enter your price data according to the structure.

Once the upload is complete, the catalog is displayed and used for material cost calculations.

 

Import your own catalog from Xpandit

If you use Xpandit and have already entered your own item list there, you can import it:

1. Export price list from Xpandit (for extro)

2. In extro Settings open

3. Data management and import select

4. Own catalog select

5. Upload export file

 

Note

After the import, all newly added materials are automatically calculated according to the imported conditions. Materials already entered remain unchanged.
