Initial situation
A customer calls to report a repair. Basic information such as the address and site has already been recorded in the system. The aim is to create the job efficiently and schedule it directly.
Job creation process

Select site
Search for an existing customer
Select the appropriate site (e.g. single-family home)
Add a new job

Select service job (combined project)
Alternatively: select an individual project for a specific site

Enter job details
Enter a brief description
Optionally enter an invoice reference
Set the execution date
Enter the planned duration (e.g. 3–4 hours)

Assign a responsible person
Select the responsible employee
Optionally add additional employees
Save changes
Technician view in the app
The technician opens extro on their mobile device and sees:
