Understanding ticket statuses
Open = In progress
Awaiting response = You have received an email requesting further information
Solved = Ticket closed
Attention:
If we do not receive a response to our follow-up questions for more than 14 days, the ticket will be closed automatically (status: «Solved»).
Important:
Incomplete or very general tickets result in follow-up questions and extend the processing time. A clear structure saves time for both sides.
