License Management and Pricing

Here you can find out how the licensing costs for extro are calculated and which terms apply.

Calculate pricing

At extro.swiss/preisrechner you can calculate the licensing costs directly.

The following factors are taken into account:

• selected package (Starter or Business)

• number of employees

• number of small jobs per week

• average time required per report

• average hourly wage

The tool shows you:

• annual licensing costs

• effort required for manual report entry

• your potential savings

This gives you a transparent basis for decision-making.

 

Licensing model

Licensing is per extrouser.

In addition:

For every 3 extro users, you receive 1 concurrent Xpandit user free of charge.

This means:
Every three active extrolicenses entitle you to one simultaneous Xpandit login at no additional cost.

Quarterly billing

• 1–25 users: CHF 24.–

• 26–75 users: CHF 22.–

• 76+ users: CHF 19.–

Annual billing

• 1–25 users: CHF 21.–

• 26–75 users: CHF 19.–

• 76+ users: CHF 16.–

Business pricing

Quarterly billing

• 1–25 users: CHF 29.–

• 26–75 users: CHF 24.–

• 76+ users: CHF 19.–

Annual billing

• 1–25 users: CHF 26.–

• 26–75 users: CHF 21.–

• 76+ users: CHF 16.–

Billing

Billing is available either:

• quarterly

• annually

Prices vary depending on the billing model. 
Annual billing is offered at a reduced price.

 

Adjusting licenses

In License Management, under Settings, you can increase or deactivate licenses yourself as required, for example for:

• company growth

• temporary employees

• structural changes

When changes are made, billing is automatically adjusted.

Starting with version 3.8 (May 2026), licenses can also be purchased monthly, e.g. for temporary employees.
