Description
A job can contain multiple appointments. Users can be linked to a job in different ways:
- as persons responsible / assignees
- as employees / contributors
- separately as employees assigned to an appointment
These areas are currently only partially synchronized. It is therefore important to note that employees at job level and employees at appointment level are not always transferred automatically.
Procedure
- Open the job and switch to the Appointments tab.
- Existing appointments are displayed in the overview.
- Use the "+" in the existing appointment to add additional employees to an appointment.
- Use the "+" below the appointment list to add a new appointment to the job.
- Enter the required appointment details, for example the date, time, and employees.
- Save the changes using the green check mark .
Important notes on transferring employees
- If employees are defined when the job is created and the first appointment is created at the same time, these employees are automatically added to the first appointment.
- If employees are first entered on the job and the first appointment is created later , they are automatically transferred to the first appointment.
- Employees who are added directly to an appointment later appear only in that appointment and are then also displayed in the upper section of the job.
- Employees who are added later in the Persons responsible/Employees section of the job are not automatically transferred to existing appointments.
Note
Multiple appointments are useful when a job is carried out on different days, at different times, or by different employees. To ensure that all assignments are planned correctly, employees should be checked for each appointment and added separately if necessary. The appointments assigned to employees are displayed on their dashboard.
