In extro you can create sites such as locations, installations or properties and assign them to a person or organization. Jobs can later be created directly from a site.
You can create a site with or without copying existing address data.

If you are not yet familiar with how sites, projects and jobs work in extro , first read the relevant basic article.
Create a site
- Sites open → «+» select → Add site select
Create a site without copying address data
Copy site details from address: No
Enter site information
Complete the site fields manually
Assign a unique site name (e.g. «Gemeindehaus Schöftland»)
Use «+» to select a contact person
Save
Set the contact type
- Contact type select (e.g. owner, billing address, etc.)
OK
Site has been created
The site appears in the overview
Jobs can be created directly from the site
Create a site with copied address data
- Copy site details from address: Yes
Assign an existing address
- Select an organization or person or create a new one
Set the contact type and save
- Select the contact type

Important
A carefully created site is the basis for assigning jobs and invoices.
