extro includes preconfigured CBA settings for the Swiss electrical industry. These map premiums and time periods in accordance with the collective employment agreement. You can adjust existing values, create new premiums, or remove entries that are no longer needed.
This ensures that working hours and premiums are recorded in compliance with the CBA and compensated correctly.
Procedure
Adjust a time pool
- Open Settings → CBA settings
Desired time pool Edit
Enter values under Minimum hours and Maximum number of hours
Save
Create a new premium
Open Settings → CBA settings

Use «+» to create new premium data
First day of the week
Last day of the week
Start time
End time
Premium percentage
Save
Result
The CBA settings are updated and applied automatically when recording time. Premiums are calculated correctly and taken into account in compliance with the CBA.
Note
If the new premium overlaps in time with an existing one, a warning message appears.
→ Adjust or delete the existing entry before saving the new premium.
