Target working time models define how many working hours employees are expected to work per year. These models form the basis for time tracking, absences, planning and reporting.
Recommendation: Create at least two models
→ one for employees with a collective employment agreement
→ one for employees without a collective employment agreement
Procedure
- Open Settings → Time tracking, absences, public holidays -> Target working time models
Use “+” to add a new target working time model
Enter the following details:
Name
Unique and easy to understand (e.g. CEA Network Construction, Standard 100%)Weekly target at 100%
Weekly working time in hours
Example → 40 hours at 100%-
CEA assignment
Select a CEA if employees are covered by a collective employment agreement
leave blank if no CEA applies
