In the My Time section, you can view an overview of your vacation, presence time, and target and actual hours. The monthly and detailed views allow you to clearly track your recorded time.
Procedure
Open Time Tracking → My Time
Presence time
The Presence Time tab displays:
monthly target time
monthly actual time
difference
CBA overview (for employees with a CBA target time model)
- allocation to the two balances (flexitime, overtime)
- payout balance
Vacation overview
The Vacation tab displays:
Vacation taken
Vacation entitlement
Vacation to be planned
Monthly details
The detailed view (under More) for the selected month displays:
- daily view of recorded time
differences
breaks
project time
Result
You can access your recorded time at any time and receive a clear overview of your vacation, presence time, and monthly data.
