Under Employee Hours you can access reports on presence time, project time and expenses for a defined period. You can also export time data as an Excel file or, if the Xpandit integration is active, transfer project time directly to the Xpandit system.
Procedure
Open Time Tracking → Employee Hours
Filter functions

Use the filter function to filter employee hours as follows:
all employees
individual employees
teams
In addition, use the calendar icon to select a period .
After selection, the times are displayed according to the filters.
Presence Time
The Presence Time tab displays:
- Target time
- Actual time
- Difference
Project Time
The Project Time tab displays:
- Presence time
- Project time
- Difference
Expenses
The Expenses tab displays:
- recorded expenses
Export options
- Export to Excel
- Export to Xpandit (if the Xpandit integration is active)
