Record Measurements + Tests

Use «Measurements + Tests» to document electrical measurement values, protective systems, and tests directly in the job. The information is used for technical traceability and record-keeping.

 

Procedure

1. Open job

   1. In the job overview select the required job

2. Measurements + Tests select

3. Enter basic data

   • Complete Meter no. (required field)

   • Complete Description (required field)

   • Enter Measuring instrument used (required field)

   • Select Protective system (required field)

     • e.g. TN-S, TN-C, TN-C-S, Scheme III

4. Document the visual and functional inspection

   • Enable the Visual inspection completed checkbox

   • Enable the Basic protection fulfilled checkbox

5. Enter measurement values

   The following fields are available depending on the use case:

   • Location / system component description

   • Circuit no.

   • Cable type / number of conductors / cross-section

   • Overcurrent protection type

   • IN [A]

   • IK end L-PE / IK end L-N

   • IK start L-PE / IK start L-N

   • RISO [MΩ]

   • Protective conductor RPE [Ω]

   • RCD IN/type [A]

   • RCD IΔN [mA]

   • RCD tripping time [ms]

6. For multiple measurements, add another measurement using «+» add

7. Complete the form

   • Save

   • Optionally, click Complete form 

 

Note:

As long as the form has not been completed, it can still be edited. Once completed, it serves as binding documentation within the job.
