Recording materials

In the «Materials» section, you can record all items used for a job. You can add materials from Xpandit, from the catalogue, or as a custom item. The line items are assigned directly to the job and included in further processing.

 

Procedure

1. Open job

   • In the job overview select the required job

2. Select Materials

3. Add material using «+»

4. Select the material source

   • Material from Xpandit

   • Material from catalogue

   • Copy to clipboard

   • Record a custom item

Material from Xpandit

1. Search for or select an item

2. Enter the quantity

3. Check or adjust the price (required field)

4. Optional: enter a discount in %

5. Specify whether net or gross

6. Save

The item is added to the job.

 

Material from catalogue

1. Search for an item

2. Select the item

3. Enter the quantity

4. Check or adjust the price

5. Optionally define a discount

6. Save

The item is added to the job.

 

Record a custom item

1. Enter a description

2. Enter the quantity

3. Enter the price (required field)

4. Optionally enter a discount

5. Specify net/gross

6. Save

The item is added to the job.

 

6. Use the clipboard

With Copy to clipboard, you can temporarily save line items and transfer them to other jobs.

 

Note:

Material line items can be edited or deleted at any time as long as the job has not yet been completed.
